He has expertise in corporate law, contractual matters, day-to-day corporate issues, company formation and dissolution, due diligence processes, M&A transactions, structuring and negotiation of civil, commercial, and corporate contracts, as well as litigation in ordinary courts, administrative courts, and arbitration tribunals. In December 2018, he received a distinction from the Ministry of Education for his performance in the Saber Pro 2017 state exam, achieving one of the highest scores nationwide in Law. He is currently pursuing a specialization in Commercial Law at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
