He has been a member of Colombian law firms and served in senior and managerial legal roles as in-house counsel for a major financial institution, a consumer goods company, a Colombian-based oilfield services company, and an agro-industrial products company.
Felipe's legal practice has focused on corporate and commercial law, financial market, and capital regulation (stocks), financial law regulation, among others. His experience as in-house counsel (multinational) provides him with valuable skills to provide efficient and comprehensive advice for complex day-to-day challenges, with a pragmatic approach. He has served as Compliance Officer for SAGRILAFT and PTEE.
Felipe holds a master’s in business law from Universidad Internacional de la Rioja and a specialization in Capital Market Law from Universidad Javeriana.
